QUICK START

1) The first thing you want to do is creat a tab. You can do this via the menu by clicking on File then New Tab or click on the New Tab icon.
2) Enter a name for the tab.

Quick guide to automatic web page reloading:
All of the settings are made in the properties window on the right. Enter the URL (the web site address) of the page that you want to reload. Select whether the time units that you will be using are seconds, minutes, or hours. Then enter the range in which a random time is selected for the page to be reloaded.

Quick guide to content searching (registered version only):
All of the settings are made in the properties window on the right. In the search filed you can either enter a simple word or phrase that you want to find or a regular expression as complex as you want to make it. For now you can leave all the other settings on default.

Once your settings are entered all you need to do is hit the "Start" button (the blue arrow that points to the right). The web page will load in the frame and in the lower left hand corner you will see a count down timer showing you how long until the next refresh. When you are done you can either click the "Stop" button or just close the program.

When you minimize the program it will go to your system tray and not be visible in your task bar. The icon is a picture of a calendar with a little clock on it. To bring the program back up just click the tray icon.
